STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITY AND CHALLENGES
IQAC stands for Internal Quality Assurance Cell, which is an internal mechanism in the Institution aimed at improving the quality of Education and overall Institutional performance. It is a quality assurance initiative that was introduced by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) in India to promote continuous improvement and excellence in higher education.
A placement cell in the Institute works to facilitate the requirement and placement of students. The main role of the placement cell is to bridge the gap between the schools by providing students with job opportunities. The ultimate goal of the placement cell is help student secure employment after the degree and to support their transition into the workforce.

The Agriculture section in the institute is responsible for managing and supporting agricultural activities. This section manages the vast lawns, horticulture, gardens, agriculture farms, coconut groves, mango groves, and nursery. The Superintendent and team of farm employees keenly maintain the greenery and ambience of the campus. The Institute regularly participates in the Flower competitions of Mysore and has bagged several awards to its credit.
NCC (National Cadet Crops) is a voluntary organization for students in India that aims to develop character, discipline, and leadership qualities among young people. An NCC cell in the Institute provides an opportunity for students to participate in various activities and training programs organized by the NCC. From our Institute one student (Cdt. R.R. Divya) went to IGC TSC 3, three students (Cdt. Ritu Chitti, Cdt. Chayashree and JUO. Kunal P.N) IGC TSC2 level at Alvas College, Mudbidri and Bellary in 2022 respectively.
